GENERAL INFORMATION

The brochure is not able to contain all the information we have about the island, the resorts and the villas but if you would like to know more please e-mail or give us a call. Listed below is some general information that may be useful. We want your holiday to be a success so if something is important to you please check it with us before you book.

ACCOMMODATION The accommodation will generally be available for you from 2pm (3pm with some villas) You will be able to leave your cases at the villa on arrival whilst the maids are cleaning. You will need to be ready to vacate by 10am. This time is set so that the villa may be cleaned and ready for new arrivals. Sometimes it is possible to be a little more flexible but only by arrangement with the local management and subject to arrival and departure times of other guests. Priority is always given to getting the villa clean for new arrivals.

BEDROOMS The number of bedrooms is clearly stated for each property and generally includes the bed arrangements. If this is of significant importance to you then please check with us to confirm these details. Where extra persons occupy this may be on a foldaway bed or sofa bed. Not all bathrooms will have a bath, some will be shower cubicles.

FACILITIES We have listed the facilities in each kitchen as they are at present. Please check with us if you have particular requirements. Washing machines are available in most properties but are often located in a utility room, a solarium/drying area or outside of the villa. All properties have either a fridge or fridge/freezer. All villas have a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. It is wise to take your own hair dryer and a continental adaptor. Electricity is 220 volts. All bedding and bath, hand towels and tea towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

TELEVISION Some of the villas have satellite television but often with a limited number of channels. Please check if this is important to you. A lot of the villas now have DVD players. Some villas have a selection of DVDs but it is wise to bring some with you. When a villa has a Play Station 2 you will need to bring your own games.

PRIVATE POOLS Where a villa has a private pool, please note there is often no shallow end owing to the smaller size of these pools. If your villa states heated winter months this will be electrically heated for arrivals in November through to the end of April. If you wish to have the pool heated in the summer this can be arranged for a charge. Solar heating will apply all the year round. Diving is not advisable and is at clients own risk. Children should be monitored carefully around and in the pool with arm bands being worn where necessary.

MAID SERVICE is generally once a week with a mid week towel change. If you are staying for longer than a week the villa will be cleaned on either the Wednesday or Thursday half way through your stay.

SAFES are provided free of charge in most villas.

FOOD PACKS Most of the properties will have everything you need for a welcoming cup of tea or coffee when you arrive. Food packs can be provided for a charge paid locally if you are on a late flight.

INFANTS Cots are available to hire at £20 per week and highchairs at £15 per week. Fans are available to hire.

DAMAGE All damage must be reported to the management. You will be charged for any damage to the villa, pool or furniture.

MANAGEMENT SERVICE You will find details of the management for your villa on your invoice. If you have any queries then the management will try to help. Please contact them on their regular number and only use the emergency number when necessary.

FLIGHT It is important to give us the flight details including the flight numbers. We need to inform management of arrival/departure times and can’t book car hire or transfers without full flight details.

INSURANCE It is essential to have travel insurance cover and we must be provided with the details before you travel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES We can offer airport parking, insurance, car hire and airport transfers.
